After long hours of sitting behind desks our bodies stop moving optimally, which leads to aches and pains. I specialize in pain relief and functional strength. I'm dedicated to correcting and preventing injuries associated with a sedentary lifestyle.

I offer remote bootcamp classes, as well as individual and small-group personal training, all designed get you healthier by following my science-based methodology.

Meet Tony

Hi, I'm Tony and I'm here to get you back to the things you love.

Don't let the grey beard fool you! I'm living proof that age doesn’t have to lead to chronic joint pain or limitations: at 50+ years old, I've had multiple surgeries, including labrum tears in both shoulders and hernia repairs. My past is full of mistakes compounded by bad choices - all of which were simply learning opportunities.

I'm stronger and more functional today than at any other time of my life. I'd like to help you achieve that same goal. I know how debilitating injuries can be on the body and spirit, keeping us away from activities we enjoy. I’ve listened, learned, AND used these lessons to create programs of my own to get you back to the things you love.
